1. What are the benefits that we can get in dancing?

a. Physically
- Better coordination, agility and flexibility.
- Improved muscle tone and strength.
- Improved condition of your heart and lungs.
- Increased muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness.
b. Socially
- Improves sensitivity, understanding, appreciation, and consideration for others.
- Broaden your child’s horizons by introducing them to other people and help
them better relate later in life.

- Improves your social interactions and can help conquer shyness.

- Combats stress and improves self-confidence
- Improves mood, lowers stress and anxiety

well.
d. Relationship- In dance, we often dance with one other person or with many
people in a group.
e. Time- Timing is key to any dance. We follow the rhythm or beat to match our
actions with the sound of the music.
