Panduan Membina Fail Rekod PdPc

1 Sign in google acc


Email: g-xxxxxx@moe-dl.edu.my
Password: IC number

2 After signed in,


At the top right corner, click on icon

, then choose google drive.

3 At the left side, click Shared with me


4 Click on the folder Gxx_Nama Guru,
Right Click, select Add to My Drive.

5 Next, click on My Drive at the left side,

6 Your folder is now created in My Drive

7 Double click on the folder.


There are two sub-folders.

Double click on folder Fail Rekod


PdPc

8 The folder contains another 6 folders.


Please go through one by one.
9 Folder 01_MAKLUMAT AM
Double Click
Update your personal info.

10 Double click on each file,


Click Open with Google Slides / Google
Docs.

11 Double click on particular rows, and key


in your info.
Once you’ve done, the record will
automatically saved.
Can’t meet the blue box? Don’t worry,
adding by your own self.

Click on Text box from the menu bar.


Then drag a text box.

12 Once you complete editting, saved an


offline copy into your computer drive.

Click on
File > Download > Microsoft Power
Point (.pptx) or Microsoft Words (.docx)

The system will download into your


computer drive at Download folder.
* Remember to move it to your
document folder for easier file
management.*
Remember to print out the documents
requested.
