How to reset your password

1. Open “gmail.com” in any browser.

2. You will be prompted to sign in to continue to gmail school email account.

3. Student inputs their student email account & click “Next”.

4. For a forgotten password, click “Forgot password?”

5. Then click “Try another way”.

6. Two (2) password recovery options:

A. Your personal mobile number – input your mobile number and click “send” to
receive verification code in your mobile number.

 If you do not have your phone, click “I don’t have my phone”

B. Your personal email address – input your email address and click “send” to
receive verification code in your email.

7. Copy the verification code sent to your mobile number or email address.

8. Enter the verification code in the Google Account recovery page and click “Next”.

9. You will be redirected to Google change password page, students will have to
enter their new password and confirm the password and click “Save password”.

10. Students can click “Continue to Gmail” and will be signed in with their student
email account.
