Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to provide you a bid on your concrete project. I have listed the sequential
specifications for the work that needs to be done. Please call if you have any questions or want to schedule this
project.

LABOR AND MATERIALS SPECIFICATIONS: 17’6” X 45” Concrete Pad

 All building will be to plan and code.

 Supply labor to demo existing concrete and haul away. (10’ x 34’)
 Supply labor to un-install part of steps and re-install steps.
 Supply labor to demo grass and dirt for gravel. Will haul away grass and dirt.
 Supply labor to install 4” of compacted gravel. Will deliver gravel.
 Supply and install forms for new concrete.
 Supply and install expansion joint next to house and garage foundation and against
existing concrete.
 Supply labor to pour concrete 17’6” x 45’ with broom finish.
 Will clean and haul away all construction materials and trash.
 Owners will pay for gravel and concrete.
 David will pay for rentals, form materials, expansion joint will haul away old concrete
and deliver gravel.
TERMS ARE HALF DOWN AND THE REMAING BALANCE BEING PAYED UPON COMPLETION OF JOB UNLESS SPECIFED
OTHERWISE IN WRITING. COSTOMER AGREES NOT TO HOLD DAVID SEIDENSTUCKER RESPONSBLE FOR DELAYS IN DELVERY
OR INSTALLATION DUE TO WEATHER, FIRE, STRIKES, WAR, GOVERNMENTAL REGULATIONS OR ANY OTHER CAUSES
BEYOND ITS CONTROL. THERE ARE NO ORAL AGREEMENT. THE PROPOSAL AND AGREEMENT CONSTIUTES THE ENTIRE
CONTRACT BETWEEN PARTES.
