URGENT MOTION to RESET PRE – TRIAL

ACCUSED, through the undersigned counsel, unto this Honorable

Court, most respectfully states that:

1) An Order dated 15 May 2015 was issued by this Honorable

Court, setting the pre-trial on 05 June 2015, at 8:30 in the morning;

2) Unfortunately, the undersigned counsel has two previously

scheduled hearings in La Trinidad, Benguet falling on the same
date and time of the pre-trial conference in this case;

3) For the reasons stated above, the Accused pleads for the
resetting of the pre-trial scheduled on 05 June 2015;

4) Attached herewith is the receipt to prove payment of the

postponement fee, marked hereto as Annex “A”;

5) The motion is not intended to delay the early disposition of

this case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that the 05 June 2015 Pre-Trial
Conference be reset to a later date in view of the same.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
