company’s vast fulfilment network for

their own operations via the (FBA) program, ship orders as well as provide any necessary
customer support.

3. Value Chain Analysis: Use of latest technology and wide customer database to carry out
predictive data analysis and stay relevant

in the market by being a customer-centric brand

4. Competitor Analysis: The e-commerce companies have established a strong brand


presence in their home territories in the current situation

, there is tough competition among the tech giants as they are all looking for new markets to
expand in

Methodology:
1. Secondary Research: Deep understanding of the E-commerce industry and the company
analysis by reading the articles published by HBR, Forbes, blog posts and existing business
model canvas case studies

2. Primary Research: Gathering insights from industry people and the employees working in
the company to evaluate the areas of strengths and weakness for the organization.

3. Financial and Strategic Analysis: Depending on the sales structure, margins, shipping
costs, and competition in the category, profits on Amazon can vary greatly. Analysing
marketplace performance and profitability to understand the financial projections and
hence the sales impact.
4. Framework method: We will use different frame works like VRIO, Porter’s 5 forces etc. to
gain in-depth knowledge of how the supply chain distribution of Amazon is the most
enviable one in the market.
