FIRST:
1. go through scrum guide very carefully.
2. Book “Succeeding with Agile”:
Part III:
Chapter 11 Teamwork
Chapter 14 sprints
Chapter 15 planning
That’s really A LOT TO READ!! So read diagonally!!! Pay attention to key points and move forward.

SECOND:
Have nice reading of:
1. Black book of manager (mbbook)
2. White book of manager (all starting from stratoplan_)

Then read Goldrat books – Goal, Goal 2, Critical Chain

THIRD:
PMI Traditional Project Management theory Rita + PMBOK (read chapter in Rita then same chapter in
PMBOK, then again reread chapter in Rita)
