1. Equipment acceptance

1. After delivery, please carefully check whether the packing box is

complete, whether it is damaged, or whether it has been opened. If you

have any questions, please contact us in time, we will serve you

wholeheartedly.

2. After opening the packing box, check whether the appearance of

the device is damaged and whether the accessory package is in the

packing box. When removing the device, please take out the device

slowly and steadily, and avoid collision. It is strictly forbidden to

move the lens and working platform when taking the equipment, so

as not to cause failure to the equipment.

3. Equipment Assembly
1. The problem of the ground wire, because most of the ground

wires on the domestic power socket are not really grounded. All,

you should connect the external ground to the device. It is best to

bury it directly in the ground wire. If conditions do not allow, hit a

nail on the wall, the depth should not be less than 5 cm. The next

step can only be carried out after connecting the ground wire.

2. Use the random power cord, connect the power of the device,

turn on the power switch on the back of the device, then turn on

the control switch, and finally turn on the laser switch.

3. To install the software, please make sure that the computer

system is win7. Secondly, make sure that the virus detection

software in the computer is turned off or has been disassembled.

When the above conditions are met, the following steps can be

performed:

1. The U disk software is imported into the computer, and the

device switches must be all turned on (four desktop switches, from

right to left, turn on the main switch at the back, then the front

control switch, and finally the laser switch) to install the driver .

2. Open the device manager of the computer

3. Find the uninstalled device driver in the device manager

4. Right click the driver and update

5. Please follow the instructions in the computer to find the drive in

the U disk (according to the computer system) and install it

6, After installed the driver, then find the marking machine folder

that has been in the computer, right click and send to the desktop

7,Double-click to open the software, then Edit text.

8, Text content, font, and size changes. As below。

9, Find the focal length. This part is very important. The

focal length is the distance from the bottom of the lens to the

surface of the material. This value is a fixed value. Find a very thin

metal material (blade) on the material processing surface. Click on

the red light button and check the approximate location. Hook the

continuous processing and click on the marking. Shake the handle

by hand, adjust the lens to the position of the material (blade), find

the light that reacts the most, and the reaction sound will also be

the loudest at this time. Turn off marking and remove continuous
processing! The focal length has been found. Remove the material

(blade) and mark the

product.

10, Fill the imported vector graphics or the completed text to make

it a solid effect. The line spacing defaults to 0.05 (for metal). The

marking effect can be adjusted by adjusting the line spacing. The

smaller the value, the heavier the

effect .
The smaller the line spacing density, the slower the processing

speed will be

11, Adjust the speed and power. (Do not move other parameters)

The default value of the speed is 500, the power is 50%, the slower

the speed, the heavier the effect, and the greater the power, the

heavier the effect.

12, The specific effect is achieved by adjusting, filling the line

spacing inside, and the speed and power.

Four, installation notes

1. When the equipment is in operation, there must be someone on

duty. It is strictly forbidden to leave without permission. Before

leaving, all power must be cut off.

2. During the operation of the equipment, the operator must

observe the operation status of the equipment at any time, and

immediately cut off the power supply if an abnormal situation

occurs.

3. The equipment should be kept away from electrical equipment

sensitive to electromagnetic interference, which may cause

electromagnetic interference. The operator should try not to watch

the emitted laser for a long time during operation to avoid damage

to the eyes.

4. The stable and normal operation of the equipment is inseparable

from the usual maintenance and maintenance.

5. The laser emits through the reflection of the lens, so the lens

agrees to stick dust and other dirt, causing laser wear and damage

to the lens. It is recommended to clean the lens once a day before

work. You can use a non-fat cotton swab dipped in acetone or

anhydrous alcohol to gently wipe the lens around the lens in a

rotating manner. (Note that the lens should be wiped gently, and

the surface coating should not be lost. During the wiping process, it

should be gently handled.)
