1. What were the various activities done at each stage of team development?

As a team member of a Science Exhibition different stages of our team development were
forming a team and establishing clear objectives. Establish a process to accomplish them.
Complete the goal as working like a team and helping each member and the most important
celebrate the team’s achievement no matter what’s the result.

2. What were the challenges faced by them at each stage?

Some of the challenges faced by our team: -

  Lack of trust

 Conflict and tension

 Low engagement 
 Not sharing information

3. What strategies/methods were adopted to overcome the above challenges?

Talking about the issues, scheduling deadlines for our work, having weekly meets helped our
team to overcome these issues

4. What were the contributions of each and every member in the team to overcome the
challenges faced?

Every team member contributed equally I don’t even remember what each individual did.
We worked as a team
