Survivors of sexual violence are often judged,

labeled or misunderstood, and it can be difficult to

connect with family and friends after an experience
of sexual violence. “I Believe You Day” is a day
where we can experience the power and healing
that can come when we believe survivors.

Join us on September 18th as we create a brave and

inclusive space to explore some of the complexities of
sexual violence from a holistic approach. Survivors will
learn ways to process sensations and emotions through
writing, art, and emotions maintenance.

Students, staff, faculty, friends, and loved ones will learn

how to better support survivors and take care of themselves
as they stand in solidarity with survivors.
