Essay Argumentative

The objective

of this trial is to show, as these SMEs is not only the new mechanism for

professionals to generate income and also become an excellent source of

employment, but also to teach that properly bringing a methodology within the

organization is one of the fundamental tools that allows to achieve maximum

productivity of an SME.

Introduction

Currently the labor market turns out to be really complex, especially for

professionals who graduate from universities and do not have professional

experience, they go into a completely new world of work, without having

preparation, lacking all the tools that companies give and in general the

industry. In addition, the market has become a highly demanding

environment, these professionals to be able to access large companies must

have years of experience, postgraduates and several languages. For this

reason, many of the young people who belong to the new generations have

chosen to build their own organizations, their own companies, build their

businesses and start what are known as SMEs.
