Notice: anyone will sign the offer as a buyer or buyer’s representative he will be the mandate to open the LC
under his name and will be the only one who will responsible for financial issue in this transaction.

Offer valid for: 5 days

All parties and fees will be protected by the issuance of an irrevocable master fee agreement and pay order
by buyer, including all rolls and extensions of any SPA bearing the same parties, and original transaction code.
