What is Aws Compute?

The Compute service is a cloud computing fabric
controller, which is the main part of an Infrastructure as a
Service (IaaS) system. You can use OpenStack Compute to
host and manage cloud computing systems. This section
describes the Compute service configuration options.
AWS EC2
Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (Amazon EC2) provides
scalable computing capacity in the Amazon Web Services
(AWS) cloud.... You can use Amazon EC2 to launch as many or
as few virtual servers as you need, configure security and
networking, and manage storage.
AWS Elastic beanstalk
With Elastic Beanstalk, you can quickly deploy and
manage applications in the AWS Cloud without having to
learn about the infrastructure that runs those applications.
Elastic Beanstalk reduces management complexity without
restricting choice or control. You simply upload your
application, and Elastic Beanstalk automatically handles the
details of capacity provisioning, load balancing, scaling, and
application health monitoring.

AWS Lamda
AWS Lambda is a serverless compute service that runs
your code in response to events and automatically manages the
underlying compute resources for you
Elastic Loadbalencer
Elastic Load Balancing (ELB) is a load-balancing service
for Amazon Web Services (AWS) deployments. ELB
automatically distributes incoming application traffic and
scales resources to meet traffic demands.
Auto Scaling
AWS Auto Scaling lets you build scaling plans that
automate how groups of different resources respond to
changes in demand. You can optimize availability, costs, or a
balance of both. AWS Auto Scaling automatically creates all of
the scaling policies and sets targets for you based on your
preference.

AWS-ECR
Amazon ECR transfers your container images over
HTTPS and automatically encrypts your images at rest. ...
Amazon ECR integrates with Amazon ECS and the Docker
CLI, allowing you to simplify your development and
production workflows.
AWS ECS
mazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) is a
highly scalable, high-performance container orchestration
service that supports Docker containers and allows you to
easily run and scale containerized applications on AWS.

Amezon S3
An Amazon S3 bucket is a public cloud storage resource
available in Amazon Web Services' (AWS) Simple Storage
Service (S3), an object storage offering. Amazon S3 buckets,
which are similar to file folders, store objects, which consist of
data and its descriptive metadata.
Amezon S3 Glacier
Amazon Glacier is a low-cost cloud storage service for data
with longer retrieval times offered by Amazon Web Services
(AWS). A developer uses a cold data cloud service such as
Amazon Glacier to move infrequently accessed data to
archival storage to save money on storage costs.

Amezon EFS
Amazon EFS provides a durable, high throughput file
system for content management systems and web serving
applications that store and serve information for a range of
applications like websites, online publications, and archives.
AWS Storage Gateway
Your gateway uploads data from the upload buffer over
an encrypted Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to the
AWS Storage Gateway service running in the AWS Cloud. The
service then stores the data encrypted in Amazon S3. You can
take incremental backups, called snapshots, of your storage
volumes.H

Amezon RDS
Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS) is a
managed SQL database service provided by Amazon Web
Services (AWS). Amazon RDS supports an array of database
engines to store and organize data and helps with database
management tasks, such as migration, backup, recovery and
patching.
Amezon Redshift
Amazon Redshift is a fully managed, petabyte-scale data
warehouse service in the cloud. ... Regardless of the size of the
data set, Amazon Redshift offers fast query performance using
the same SQL-based tools and business intelligence
applications that you use today.

Amezon Elastic Cache

Using Amazon ElastiCache, you can not only improve
load and response times to user actions and queries, but also
reduce the cost associated with scaling web applications.
Amazon ElastiCache automates common administrative tasks
required to operate a distributed in-memory key-value
environment.
AWS-IAM
AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM) enables you
to manage access to AWS services and resources securely.
Using IAM, you can create and manage AWS users and
groups, and use permissions to allow and deny their access to
AWS resources.
AWS-KMS
AWS KMS is a secure and resilient service that uses
hardware security modules that have been validated under
FIPS 140-2, or are in the process of being validated, to protect
your keys. AWS KMS is integrated with AWS CloudTrail to
provide you with logs of all key usage to help meet your
regulatory and compliance needs.
How to work with IAM?
AWS CloudFormation
AWS CloudFormation is a service that helps you model
and set up your Amazon Web Services resources so that you
can spend less time managing those resources and more time
focusing on your applications that run in AWS.
AWS OpsWorks
AWS OpsWorks is a configuration management service
that provides managed instances of Chef and Puppet.
OpsWorks lets you use Chef and Puppet to automate how
servers are configured, deployed, and managed across your
Amazon EC2 instances or on-premises compute environments.

AWS CloudTrail
AWS CloudTrail is a service that enables governance,
compliance, operational auditing, and risk auditing of your
AWS account. ... CloudTrail provides event history of your
AWS account activity, including actions taken through the
AWS Management Console, AWS SDKs, command line tools,
and other AWS services.
AWS CloudWatch
Amazon CloudWatch is a monitoring service for AWS
cloud resources and the applications you run on AWS. You can
use Amazon CloudWatch to collect and track metrics, collect
and monitor log files, set alarms, and automatically react to
changes in your AWS resources.
Amezon Connect
Amazon Connect is an Amazon Web Services (AWS)
public cloud customer contact center service. Amazon Connect
enables customer service representatives to respond to phone
calls or chat inquiries from end customers just as if the contact
center infrastructure was set up and managed on premises.
Amezon SES
Flexible, affordable, and highly-scalable email sending
and receiving service for businesses and developers. Amazon
Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) is a cloud-based email
sending service designed to help digital marketers and
application developers send marketing, notification, and
transactional emails.
AWS SNS
Amazon Simple Notification Service (Amazon SNS) is a
web service that coordinates and manages the delivery or
sending of messages to subscribing endpoints or clients. In
Amazon SNS, there are two types of clients—publishers and
subscribers—also referred to as producers and consumers.
Publishers communicate asynchronously with subscribers by
producing and sending a message to a topic, which is a logical
access point and communication channel. Subscribers (that is,
web servers, email addresses, Amazon SQS queues, AWS
Lambda functions) consume or receive the message or
notification over one of the supported protocols (that is,
Amazon SQS, HTTP/S, email, SMS, Lambda) when they are
subscribed to the topic.
AWS SQS
Amazon Simple Queue Service (SQS) is a fully managed
message queuing service that enables you to decouple and
scale microservices, distributed systems, and serverless
applications. ... Get started with SQS in minutes using the
AWS console, Command Line Interface or SDK of your
choice, and three simple commands.
