Rules of
Measurement
We can provide expert services in
line with NRM1 (Cost Estimate/
Cost Plan), NRM2 and POMI
(Pricing Schedule/BoQ), as well
as experience of more specialist
measurement codes, i.e. CESSM.
We can also incorporate Client
specific requirements/bespoke
templates, and import library’s
to our CostX for local authority
measurement rules that are
required ad-hoc.
QA/ QC
We can manage all QA/ QC
within the studio by senior
members of staff.
Rates and Fees
Our rates can be agreed lump
sum or as time and material
cost reimbursement. Typically
BoQ production from the UAE
measurement team is far more
cost effective than if undertaken
by the global project teams.
