    Good day!
    The PHINMA COC JPIA (Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants) will participate
    in the annual PICPA short film festival, which will take place this July 13, 2019 at
    Liceo de Cagayan University. In line with this, the undersigned are asking for your
    permission to let the whole crew shoot the scenes inside the school this July 1,
