I, SALVATORE D. RIINA, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single, and a resident of

Barangay Trancoville, Baguio City, Philippines, do name, appoint and constitute
FRANCIS T. DUKUE, of legal age, Filipino Citizen, single and a resident of Barangay
San Manuel, Tarlac City, Philippines to be my true and lawful attorneys, for me and in
my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To sell, transfer and convey all whatever price and terms and conditions that she
may deem proper and fit, to whosoever may buy or purchase my vehicle, which

4. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake
the execution and finalization of sale, transfer or conveyance of the said property.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform any or all acts and deeds as may be requisite in the
premises, for me and in my name, place, stead, as if personally present with full power
of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney or her substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
