Hypermarkrt chain food bazar, a super market chain blends the look

touch and feel of Indian Bazar’s with aspects of modern retail like

choice,convenience and quality central chain of seamless destination

malls,some of its other formats include brand factory,bluesky all top 10

bags.The company also operates an online FUTUREBAZAR.COM.

future value retail limited is a wholly owned subsidisry of pantaloons

retail india limited. This entity has created keeping in mind the growth

and the current size of the company’s value retail business led by its

formats divisions,BigBazar and food bazar.

organization.
Personnel aspect is concerned with manpower planning ,recruitment,selection,
Placement.

EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
Employee satisfaction is a measure of how happy workers are with their job and
working environment.keeping morale high among workers can be tremendous benefit
to any company,as happy workers will be more likely to propducemore , take few
days off ,and stay loyal to the company. There are many factors in improving or
maintaining high employee satisfaction,which wise employers would do well to
implement.
To measure employee satisfaction , many companies will have mendetorys surveys
or face to face meetings with employee to gain information. Surveys are often
anonymous allowing workers more freedom to be honest without fear of
repercussion.Interview with company management can feel intimidating but if done
correctlty can let the worker know that their voice has been heard and their concerns
addressed by those in charge surveys and meetings can truly get to the center of the
data surroundings employee satisfaction and can e great tools to identify specific
problems leading to lowered morale.

A staff room is only space in the work place which belongs to the staff where they can

unwind without any hasitation , they canregain their energy , get refreshed and get

geared up for the work.

It is the organizational responsibility to provide working environment for the staff .

The project our funzone must ensure staff room in every store.besides the basic

facilities that need to be there the Space must be exciting for the staff. THE

employees can get fun by playing carum. Between their lunch. Tea is also available

in funzone .

Research Methodology
(A) Research Methodology is a way to solve the research problem in a systematic

manner. It may understand as a source of studying how the research is done

significially .The methodology may differ problem from problem. Yet the

basic approach towards the research remains the same. The sequence or steps

followed have been explained as under:

(B) RESEARCH DESIGN : A Research Design is pre conceived scheme or

blueprint followed in competition the formal investigation . it provides the framework

within which the researcher is to work. The formulation of sound research design is

dependent on the problem identifying its mainly class for decision on research

approaches.

RESEARCH APPROACHES:

Research is basically of two types:

1. Exploratory research

2. Descriptive research

Exploratory research: The major purpose of exploratory research studies

is the identification of problem. The objective was clearly staked. It becomes

necessary to conduct exploratory research.

“Every man takes the limits of his own field of vision for the limits of the

world”.

Descriptive research: An attempt was some under descriptive research to produce an

accurate description the variable relevant to the decision being scared.

(C) DATA COLLECTION: (SOURCES OF DATA COLLECTION)

Types of data collection: The method the researcher used for data collection was:
1 Primary data

2 Secondary data

Primary data: Primary data are collected through questionaries and observations.

Secondary

data: Secondary data are collected through internet, journals, magazines, reports and

advertisement on television.

Thus in short the research methodology of the survey is following:

Research design Structured questionnaire with open ended and

close ended questions .

(D) DATA COLLECTION METHOD

Researcher instrument is the tool by which the researcher can do research on specific
problems or objectiove. The most popular researcher instrument for collection data is
Questionnaire for a particular investigation. It is simple for a moiled set of questions
presented to responmdent for their answer. Due to this flexibility it is common
instrument used to collect the primary data. During the pre-testing of questionnaire,
the researcher seen the reaction of respondents and suggestion required to make
change in research instrument

.
TYPES OF QUESTIONS

(a) OPEN-ENDED QUESTION.


It is helpful in knowing what is uppermost in the mind of the respondents.it
gives complet freedom to the respondent.

(b) DICHOTOMOUS QUESTIONS


It has only two answer in the form of ‘yes’ or ‘no’ ‘true’ false’ so the
respondent ius offered two or more choise.

(c) MULTIPLE CHOISE QUESTION


It is the respomdent is offered two or more choise.
(E) SAMPLING PLAN

(A) SAMPLE SITE

The survey was conducted in BIGBAZAR PANDRI.

(B) SAMPLING UNIT

It means “Who is to be surveyed” Here target population is decided and it is


the employees of Bigbazar and sampling frame is developed so that every one
in the target population has known chance of being sampled. So the survey is
conducted particularly in BIGBAZAR.

(C) SAMPLE SIZE

For the purpose of proper survey,there is need of perfect research instrument


to find out sample size for more accurate result about employees satisfaction at
big bazar . The sample size is 100.

FINDINGS

1. Employees are satisfied with the facilities provided by big bazar .


2. Employees are satisfied with training provided by big bazar.
3. Employees are happy with 9 hours shift.
4. Recreation activities are provided to employees.
SUGGESTION

1. Try to provide more facilities to employees.


2. Concentration more on employees.
3. Try to provide more recreation activities to empolyees.
4. Try to introduce more training programme.
LIMITATIONS

1. When the employees are busy we cant get proper data.


2. According to the time limit of our project we can cover only the some area.
