Cement product for masonry of fireplace

PURPOSE:
Dry product of cement base for masonry of fire place, ovens and furnace with chamotte bricks
and industrial refractory bricks.
QUALITIES:
- Contains fibers
- Grey color
- Keeps qualities to 1200oC
- High temperature of initial deformation
- For interior and exterior application
- Cold and frost resistant

SHELF LIFE:
12 month from the date production in factory, in closed sealed package.
PACKAGE:
Multilayer bags with net weight 5kg; 25kg.
STORAGE:
Store in covered and dry warehouses on wooden pallets.

PREPARATION OF THE BASE:
Surfaces for masonry should be clean from dust and other contamination.
Aerated concrete should not wet with water.

APLICATION INSTRUMENTS:
Palette knife.
CLEANING OF THE INSTRUMENTS:
With water and scrape.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS:
- It is apply at temperature not lower than 5°С and not higher than 30°С.
- Not recommend smoothing uneven base in layer over 8 mm.
- Do not mix with other similar products.
WAY OF WORKING:
In polymer vessel mix 25 kg dry adhesive with 7-8 l water. Mix well using mechanical stir to
produce creamy, lump-free consistency. Let the mix stand for 10 min, stirring again and the
adhesive is ready to use. The ready mixture can use 3-4 hours.
After 24 hours have tensility.

Ready fireplace can use after one week by slowly and carefully heating.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
The manufacturer guarantees the quality of the product but can not affect the condition and
way for its use. Application of the product should be carried out by qualified personnel /
professional users.
It is recommended to consult technical data sheets and safety data sheet of the product. The
manufacturer assumes no responsibility to compensate the customer with value other than this
material. The customer is obliged to test or seek information before applying the product.
HYGIENE AND SAFE WORK:
The product contains cement and reacts alkal with water. Skin and eyes should be protected
from contact with the product. For more information – reference to Safety Data Sheet.
