1.Cell and Table Styles in Indesign :

Cell styles exist to help in the styling of the tables. These styles apply to tables which
contain many typographic styles and colours. Table style exists for the standard tables.
change color table in Indesign just choose your favorite color in swatch color

if you would editing in excell added the color in excell (font, table) and save its will updating
the table on indesign format, or update the links

2.Autocalculation on Indesign :
You can use the“table.xlsx” files in “Links” folders. Update the spreadsheets and go to the
links panel in InDesign and update the links. or you can edit on excell format, just close and
update the indesign file

If you haven’t changed the column format in the spreadsheet, it will update
maintaining the predefined styles. If you change the column or row combination in the
spreadsheet, it may be necessary for you to use the predefined Cell Styles to restyle
your table manually.

3.Autocalculation on word :
Enter your own values and descriptions under the “Item Description, Run Time and
Time Price” columns. After entering your own values, right click to cells under the “Total
Price” and choose “Update field” or press F9. Don’t forget to update the “Subtotal, Tax,
Discount and Total” cells.

You can enter your percentage value for discount and tax:
• Click the cell in front of the Tax or Discount.
• Go to the Table menu, click Formula.
• Enter your value instead of the existing one. (=d8*0,4)
You must enter the “Total Due (on the top of table)” manually. It is not including in auto
calculating

4. autocalculation on excel

Enter your own values and descriptions under the “Item Description, Run Time and
Time Price” columns. After entering your own values,\ automaticly update the subtotal
at the bottom area
