Note : NGO’s must submit their proposals only through nearby Educational
Institutions like Polytechnic, Arts & Science and Engineering Colleges
and the proposals should reach the State Council minimum two months
before the schedule of the programme. The approved grant will be routed
through the Heads of concerned Educational Institutions.
