1. Introduction

In this activity we will present our working group, the history of our company and the
reasons why our project is focused on the distribution of a relatively new agricultural
product in the market.

2. Objectives.

The objective of this activity is to know a little more about our work group, What we
think about when we focus our project, to review the critical points to unify criteria in a
group, which must be taken into account for the creation Of a company.

3. Founders of the Project
My name is Martha Jannethe Carrillo
Zapata, I am 41 years old, I live in Sopo-
Cundinamarca, I started with this
project in 2016, previously I studied
with the Sena and I am currently in
studying as Logistics technologist.
My name is Jimmy Rivera Casteblanco,
I am 43 years old, I live in Suba
Almendros, I started with this project
in 2016, take a systematized
accounting course but I could not finish
it, I am currently studying as Logistics
technologist.

years old, I live in the village of
Yerbabuena-Cundinamarca, I started
with this project in 2016, I did two
semesters of Agronomy in 2007 but
due to economic factors I could not
continue, I am currently studying as

5. History of our Project

We started the project on March 15, 2016, with an idea focused on the distribution of
agricultural products, after so many deliberations among the members of the group decided
to call our project World Agrologistics, World because our goal is always looking to a
future, Reaching all corners of the country and being able to provide our services abroad,
Agrologistics for specializing in everything that concerns the distribution of agricultural
products.

We created the logo that would represent us, but over time we modernize it

The development of our project began with a historical overview of the product, its
characteristics, market research, costs, expenses and so on.

to emphasize better in this market we take as main product Quinua, as it is a food of great
benefit for every human being, regardless of age, religion, status or race, besides that it is a
relatively new product in Colombia and does not have much competition.

We began working as a company on April 15, 2016 and created the following roles:

 A leader who is Mr. Edgar Alexander Garzon Garcia

 Two material managers are Mrs. Martha Jannethe Carrillo Zapata and Mr. Julio Enrique
Rojas Cardenas.
 A task organizer who is Mr. Jimmy Rivera Casteblanco.

For our project it takes a lot of research and ideas, which have been done by each member
of the group, but at the moment of going to unify all these concepts we were in clashes of
ideas, and it was discussed in order to determine Which material was the most adequate to
present in each of the activities.

We had several difficulties to start the group as:

• To agree on the decision-making process

• To Choose the name
• The organization of ideas
• Role assignment

6. Conclusions.

We started in the 2016 with a project that at the moment has taught us to work as a group,
in understanding the ideas of others, in having more commitment in this learning of training
as Logistics Technologies.
