Healthy Life
Healthy life is the key of doing all activity that we should do in the right way. First,
have a enough sleep time. As we know that the people must sleep at least 7 until 8 hours per
day. Also the time to sleep is around 9 P.M to 5 A.M. Then, consumption of healthy food.
Drink at least 1 liter everyday, eat regularly based on the time, change the bad habit of eating,
eat more fruit, and many more. Next, consumption vitamin C, blood medication, or any
suplement that our needs. We know that the suplement helps us to complete our body’s
sweating we can increase the body’s metabolism, burn the calories, make our heart healtier,
and other advantages of having exercise. If we do not have to do try in the right way, we
