SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, RUPERTO S. GOPEZ, JR., ROGER S. GOPEZ, ROMEO S. GOPEZ, all

of legal ages, married, Filipinos and residents of Brgy. Calulut, City of San Fernando,
Pampanga, do hereby name, constitute and appoint ADELINE S. GOPEZ, of legal
age, single, Filipino, and of the same residence, to be our lawful attorney-in-fact in
our names, places and stead, to do and perform the following:

1. To take, institute and file a petition for the replacement of lost

owner’s duplicate copy of Transfer Certificate of Title No. 7216 / E.P. No. A-
298614 of the Registry of Deeds of Pampanga;

2. To prepare, execute and sign pleadings of all kinds, motions,

manifestations, affidavits, and all other processes including verifications and
certifications of non-forum shopping as may be necessary or required under
the circumstances;

3. To act as our representative in all stages of the proceedings; to

receive all processes relative thereto; to appear in the trial and adduce and
formally offer evidence; to appear and participate in the preliminary
conferences, pre-trial conferences, mediations, or judicial dispute resolutions
and enter into admissions and stipulations of facts, definition of issues and
applicable laws, marking of evidence, limitation on the number of witnesses,
and consider any and all matters that may aid in the prompt disposition of the
case, with further authority to negotiate, enter into and sign compromise
agreements; and

4. To facilitate and transact business with the Registry of Deeds of

Pampanga and other concerned offices or agencies for the issuance of a new
owner’s duplicate copy of the title once a favorable judgment is obtained.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said attorney-in-fact full powers
and authority to do and perform all acts necessary within the premises and HEREBY
RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all acts done by our lawful attorney-in-fact or his
substitutes under and by virtue of these presents.
