The Agreement

The listed service provision in this document can be amended with the prior agreement of
both parties to ensure the curriculum and resources continue to meet the needs of the
school. As the development and progression of the children is expected, this will determine
how the teaching and learning of the programme is managed, and may require the program
to respond to meet the changing needs.

The agreement is binding under our terms and conditions of booking, with the following
payment terms agreed by both parties.
