z 11. Scanner initialization

11.1. Enable scan function

When starting using the scanner, customer should change some SPEC of the

scale referring to the CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION LIST.

11.2. Scanner initialization

The CCD barcode scanner is STE factory optional parts. Normally, the

initialization had been finished when left factory so the customers can use the

scanner directly without setting it again. In some cases, when you find it not

working please initial the scanner according the following steps. (Connect the

scanner to the scale RS232 port first, plug in the DC power supplier for the

scanner, and then scan the following barcode one by one)
