1.12 Payment Terms
payment terms:

Proposed payment terms: 20% 1st payment, final payment

80% after 100% of progress,Retention Sum -10% of each
progress payment , capped at max 5% of contract sum
including Variation.

Holding Retention 5%, shall be released upon end of Period

for notifying defects (2 years) from overall project
completion.
2.5% after 12months from issurance of Taking Over
Certificate.
2.5% after 24months from issurance of Taking Over
Certificate.

Payment Duration: Payment claim shall be certified within

14 calendar days upon receipt of contractor's claim and
payment shall be made within 46 calendar days upon recipt
of Contractor's undissputed invoice.

Please confirm that you will provide cash flow forecast for
our review and approval prior to the submission of the 1st
payment claim.

Currency of payment: Myanmar Kyats
