INFORMATION

The Prosecution, through the undersigned Public Prosecutor, charges GREGORY

CO y LEE, with the crime of Reckless imprudence Resulting in Serious Physical Injuries
committed as follows:

On or about 10 December 2019, in Pasig City, and within the jurisdiction of

this Honorable Court, the accused, being then the driver and person in charge
of Toyota Yaris hatchback bearing plate number PKI-522, without due regard
to traffic laws, rules and regulations and without taking the necessary care and
precaution to avoid injury to person, did then and there wilfully, unlawfully
and feloniously drive, manage and operate said vehicle in a reckless,
negligent and imprudent manner, as a result of which the vehicle being then
driven and operated by him, hit and bump a Honda Motorcycle bearing MV
File No. 1303-00000502047 driven by Harold Mchargue Jr y Oira; and as a
consequence of said accident, the latter sustained serious injuries which
require medical attendance for a period of more than thirty (30) days which
incapacitated him from performing his customary labor for the same period of
time.
