EX PARTE MOTION TO RELEASE BAIL

COMES NOW, movant accused LEO F. FALDAS, by way of

undersigned counsel, unto the Honorable Court most respectfully states that:

1. That accused posted bail for his provisional liberty in the above-

entitled cases as evidenced by Official Receipt Nos. 2226958C and
2226960C, dated May 21, 2020, a copy of which is hereto attached
as Annex “A” and made an integral part hereof;

2. That accused LEO F. FALDAS has pleaded guilty to the lesser offense.
That in the judgement of the honorable court promulgated on June
2020, the accused was convicted and fined as to the offenses pleaded
as guilty;

3. However, the said judgement failed to provide for the release of the
bail bond posted by the accused.

4. Considering the foregoing, it is most humbly and respectfully prayed

that the Honorable court grant the motion to release bail.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, it is most humbly

and respectfully prayed that the Honorable court GRANT the Motion to
release bail.

Other reliefs, just and equitable, are likewise prayed for.
