１． Hardware general specification of PLMC-MIIEX

As for the hardware specification, it is equal to F3NC96 made by Yokogawa Electric Works, Ltd.
including an overseas standard (CE mark and ROHS, etc.).
Please refer to the manual of Yokogawa Electric Corporation for the hardware detailed specification.

Current consumption : 5V 570mA

２． Externals

Display part

Connector for MECHATROLINK-II communication

Please buy the cable made by Yaskawa Electric Corporation

３． Connection with servo amplifier Mechatrolink-Ⅱ

It is Mechatrolink-Ⅱ specification of the Yaskawa Electric Corporation.
Please buy MECHATROLINK-Ⅱ communication cable (with connectors in both ends )
made by Yaskawa Electric Corporation, separately.

４． Connection of servo peripherals

Recommendation
(1) Please input the emergency stop switch to FA-M3R, and turn off the servo main power supply
by the relay circuit of emergency stop.
(2) Please input each axis over travel (±OT) and origin signal (DEC) to the Σ servo.

Ladder control
Please control the servo main power supply.
Please turn off the servo main power supply by the factors such as emergency stop and
abnormality (ERROR output) on PLMC-MIIEX side.
