1. Project Name: To Check the Surface Integrity of W1 & W2 after machining with
EDM (Mini Project)

Description
Our Project is a mainly used to machine difficult to machine materials and high strength
temperature resistant alloys. EDM can be used to machine difficult geometries in small
batches or even on job-shop basis. It is also used to the material removal.

2. Project Name: ITC (Paper and Pulp Industry), Andhra Pradesh

Responsibilities:
 Checking Piping GA’s against P & ID’s
 Checking bulk MTO’s against GA & Isometrics.
 Reviewing of the pipe line routing, supporting and civil structure by using AutoCAD.
 Design of pipe (thickness calculations) as per various codes (ASME 31.3 etc.).
 Calculating Bill of material from the P & ID.
