Purpose:
Mental Strength Activities During Corona PandemicTo Celebrate Youth Day:
Intellectual Activities, as well as these fun games, are very vital during this pandemic
situation to keep us free of anxiety and depressions. It will boost our goodwill as well
as will provide exposure to maintaining social- distancing.

Outcomes of Activities:
1. Round Table Group Discussion: Communicative discussion which develops
knowledge,leadership skills,team work and mental and physical awareness on
multifaceted issues.
2. Lockdown Laughs: A good, hearty laugh relieves physical tension and stress
which improves our resistance to disease.
3. Picture Perfect: A platform by which we could make this time interesting by
sharing our pictures on instagram which would include polling. Everyone is beautiful
in their own way and everyone has a different meaning of beauty as well. So, without
giving a second thought Dm us your picture
4. Monsoon Shuffle
 Spinner Recite Movies Challenge: Spin for 20 seconds and then name 10
movies of Amitabh Bachchan(send the video).
 Mild Hero Challenge: Squeeze two lemons into your mouth without
reacting(send the video).
 Jugler’s Bottle Challenge: Flip the bottle for 3 times continuously(send the
video).

CHAMPIONS CLUB PROPOSAL

Name of the activities: PUBG, Sudoku.

Activities organizer: Mrs. Gagandeep Bhullar (Dean Student welfare)

Host: Zeba Tomar, Birendra Karki, Shriya Gurung, Jotsana Singh

Purpose:
Mental strength activities: Mental activity takes place whenever one is awake
ranging from merely day dreaming to reading a book or learning a new language.
Mental exercises or brain training refer to the structured use of cognitive exercise or
techniques. Its aim is to improve specific function.

Outcomes of activities
1. PUBG- A battle arena mobile game which increase the mental strength, fast
movement of fingers and helps in making different strategies to win the game.
2. Sudoku: It keeps you practicing your logical thinking process when you are
solving a puzzle, and eventually improve your number skills.
3. Tambola: Simply put, playing tambola can improve your brain’s processing
speeds,alertness and memory capabilities. Also, social participation is increased.

Activities: -PUBG Mobile, Sudoku, Tambola

• For PUBG Mobile 100 Entries of Squad and TDM-24 Squads (96 Players)
• For Sudoku 50 Entries
• For Tambola 100 Entries

These activities are to be held online through Google Meet or Whats app group
and PUBG Mobile app link will be send by the Host.

FLAMING DESIRE CLUB PROPOSAL

Subject :- Event Proposal on Youth Day(Flaming Desire Club)

Events :
1. The iconic picture. (I'm young!)
Click a picture in the given pose.
(Pose- Must be carrying or holding a book)
Attatch a cool caption with aiming a good thought and post it on instagram with
#theflamingdesire.
: Top 3 would be reposted on official account :

2. Youth at Heart
(Open mic on expressing your opinion in the form of storytelling on what bothers the
youth of today!)
-Max time limit : 3min.
-No Language Barrier
-Short Video preferable (Any platform can be used)
: Best three entries would be performing live in the event : (12 August,2020)

Major outlines :-
1. Registration’s would be done on Google forms only.
2. Time limit to send the entries would be 24 hours at a stretch.
3. Entries need to be mailed on the club's official mail I'd . -

4. Online recognition and certificates would be ensured to the winners of the
respective competitions.
5. In the event (Iconic Picture) picture with maximum likes would be considered as
well.

PROPOSAL FOR YOUTH DAY

RANGMANCH CLUB PROPOSAL

To
The Dean Student Welfare.
Chandigarh Engineering College
Landran, Mohali
Subject- Proposal of the event ‘Youth day’ being organised by Rangmunch Club of
DSW Department on month of August 2020.
 It will be 1 days event will consist of some rounds based on the different
events.
 Club councils and DSW faculty will be judging the events.
 List of Events are:-
1. Monoact
2. Advertisement direct (Theme based)

Details of the Event are as Follows:-

Concept of the Event:
 Interested students will have to register their names by the google form
mentioning their event.
 The event will have some rounds based on the different competition/event.
 Details about events :-
1) Concept of Monoact:
 Interested students will be registering their names on google form.
 This event consist one round where student will have to show their
acting skills online.
 From this event we will be selecting the students for new teams of skit,
nukkad natak for upcoming events of the collage.

2) Concept of Advertisement Direct:

 Interested students will be registering their names on google form.
 This event consist of one round where student have to direct one
advertisement related to products.
 Basically in this event we will able to see the confidence level of the
student as well as convincing and acting skills.
 This can be helpful in the future for promoting our upcoming events of
club, collage fest.
Objective of the Event:
 Platform to present your talent in front of the world.
 Boost up not just self-confidence but removes hesitation of presenting
yourself.
Format of the competition:
 All this will be conducting in front of club coordinator’s whether it is
advertisement direct or any other event.

Goals:
 To give students a platform to show their skills.
 Based on performance we will be selecting them for upcoming events.
 It will also helpful for our club by combing them in our team and go for other
collages competition.
Judgement scheme:
 The Judgement for Momoact is based on physical expressivity, vocal
projection, interpret drama clarity of speech etc.
 The Judgement for Advertisement direct is based on their content, physical
expression, voice, convincing skills.
Prize:
 1st,2nd ,3rd will get Certificates/Trophies.

Note:- All these Events are to be held online through Google Meet or Zoom or
WhatsApp Groups.

ARTISTIA CLUB PROPOSAL

Subject :- Event Proposal on Youth Day ( Artistia Club)

Events :
• Ink it to win it
1. Participants will be given a theme for the contest on which they have to make a
tattoo.
2. Participants should make a sketch of the tattoo first and click a pic and then
further paint it.
3. The tattoo should look like a tattoo and not like a painting on any sheet.
4. Participant should be able to tell the inspiration behind the tattoo.
5. Participants can use any size of sheet (due to the present situation)
6. Participants can use any colours (if required) to fill the tattoo.

• Spin-a-yarn
1.Partcipants have to tell a story through art.
2.Partcipants can tell their story in only four images.
3. Participants have to draw their story, graphic art is prohibited.
4. Participants are free to use any colours.
5 Participants can also make their own stories.
6. Themes for competition are Mental health and Transforming education.

Judgments would be based on :-

1. Creativity
2. Neatness
3. Innovation
4. Presentation
