I am following up with you today regarding my inquiry letter that I sent via email
on September 1st, 2020. It has been nearly a month and I have not received any
reply to my concerns or seen actions taken on your part to remedy the situation.
Again, the questions that I had were concerning the iPhones claimed waterproof
capabilities:
1. What could have caused the phone to break after only 30 minutes of submersion?
2. What are steps that I can take in the future to lessen the chance of my iPhone
breaking if it were to be submerged in water?
Actions that I would like to see taken on Apples end would either be an explanation for
what could have the the cause of my new iPhone X breaking or even some sort of
reimbursement for the replacement phone that I ended up purchasing. I would
appreciate to hear a response about a course of action ASAP. Thank you for your time
and I look forward to hearing back from you.
