In regards to the issues that you were experiencing with the iPhone X, we think you
may have received a ineffective device and would like to offer you 100 dollars worth
of in store credit that you will have a month to redeem! For future instances that you
may encounter with submerging your device in water, we recommend that you
purchase one of the many apple approved water proof cases!
