FEE SCHEDULE

Effective January 1, 2021, the following fee schedule has been approved by the Cedar Hill
Cemetery Board:

Plot Purchases --
To purchase a burial plot there are two fee schedules:

• In-district fees are as follows –

o Full burial plot (5’x10’): $400.00
o Single Cremation plot (5’x5’): $200.00
• Out-of-district fees are as follows –
o Full burial plot (5’x10’): $600.00
o Single Cremation plot (5’x5’): $300.00
• An additional charge of $50.00 per deed will be assessed to cover the administration fees
and recordation costs.

Burial Open & Close Fees –

• Full casket burial – Total due: $800.00

o Breakdown of fee -
 Equipment Rental/Operator: $450.00
 Caretaker: $150.00
 Additional Gravesite Clean-up: $200.00

• Cremains burial – Total due: $300.00

o Breakdown of fee –
 Caretaker: $150.00
 Additional Gravesite Clean-up: $150.00

Disinterments –

• Full casket – No less than $1,500.00

• Cremains – No less than $300.00
