Template Details
You can edit most of the content under View -> Normal. For you to easily add your own images
I have created master slides for all such content. Under View -> Normal just replace the dummy
text with yours (ctrl+a and replace text). If you want to edit page number or footer, you can do
this under Slide Master view and by editing the 'Title Only Layout' (second slide).

Fonts used in the presentation:

- Calibri (System font)

Images
All images have been removed from this template and you will see image placeholders on
where you can add images. To add an image, just click on the image icon and choose your
image.
If you are not happy with the part of the image showing, you can edit it by right clicking the
image and choose -> Format Picture. To reposition the picture selection, go to the Crop tab and
edit the Offset X or Y settings.

Circle images: If the image doesn't look right, fix this by clicking the image, then choosing
Format tab -> Crop -> Fit and then click the crop button again.

If the image goes on top of other elements on the page, fix this by right clicking the image and
choose Send Back from the options.

Photos Used in the Preview

All the photos used on the preview are listed on the photo.txt file. Most of the photos are free
CC0 photos but distribution of the photos is not recommended so there for they are not
included with the template purchase.

Editing Background and Colors

This template does not come with a background but if you want to add one right click on the
slide background and choose -> Format Background. Here you can edit the colors and choose
solid, gradient, pattern or picture fill. Apply it to all slides by clicking on Apply to All once ready.

To edit the colors in bulk go to Design -> Colors. To edit your current theme colors go to Create
New Theme Colors (or customize colors on PP2013) and it will have the current theme colors
used available for you to edit and save. This way you can easily just change few colors and keep
the rest. After saving the color scheme, it will appear under Custom section in the beginning of
the dropdown. From this dropdown you can add the color scheme to any of your future
PowerPoint Templates. You can always come back and re-edit these colors by right clicking on
the color set and choosing Edit. You can also choose a completely new color scheme from the
built in options.

How to use icons in the Power Point Template

This template comes with vector icons and you can find then all in the end of the presentation
where you can copy paste them to any slide. There for there is no need to install font icons but
if you want to use font icons there are 2 ways to add the icons to your slide.

1. First get your font icons, you can try some of these:
- http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/
- https://useiconic.com/open/
- http://www.fontsquirrel.com/fonts/modern-pictograms

2. To add a font icon, go to Insert -> Text box, once you have created the text box and it’s
active (cursor still blinking in the box) go back to Insert and choose Symbol. Now choose
Font Awesome from the font drop down menu, choose your icon and click Insert and
then Close.

3. The second way to do this is to open http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-

Awesome/cheatsheet/ in your browser, copy paste the icon you want in to the text box
while you have Font Awesome active.

How to Embed a Video to PowerPoint 2010?

To add an embedded video from Youtube go to Video -> Video from Website, and we’ll need to
tweak the code a bit to get it to work. Get the embedded video code from Youtube and make
sure you have the "Use Old Embed Code" checked. This is what your code will look like:

<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie"

value="//www.youtube.com/v/1V0gm98Xj4g?hl=en_US&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0"></param><param
name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess"
value="always"></param><embed
src="//www.youtube.com/v/1V0gm98Xj4g?hl=en_US&amp;version=3&amp;rel=0" type="application/x-
shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always"
allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

And this is how we will change it to get it to work:

<object width="560" height="315"><param name="movie"

value="http://www.youtube.com/v/1V0gm98Xj4g?hl=en_US&amp;version=2&amp;rel=0"></param><param
name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess"
value="always"></param><embed
src="http://www.youtube.com/v/1V0gm98Xj4g?hl=en_US&amp;version=2&amp;rel=0" type="application/x-
shockwave-flash" width="560" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always"
allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>
