There are four reasons for placing "go / o"
お + noun ご + noun お + "i" adjective

2) Beautifying the words お名前 ご用件 - hai okagesamade genki desu
name ..... business ..... o-isogashi
3) Softening the expressions o-namae go-yo- ken (frequently used in daily life)

"go" is used for words related to "action / activity" (Generally, お金 (weather) o-samui denwa-bango- onegaishimasu
