SE., along line 3-4 by Lot 17168, Cad 734-D; and on the SW., along line
4-1, by Lot 17163, Cad 734-D); containing an area of One Thousand
Six Hundred Thirty (1,630) square meters, covered by Katibayan ng
Orihinal na Titulo Blg. 2011000426;

2. A parcel of land (Lot No. 17163, Cad-734-D), situated in Brgy. Banban,

Bangui, Ilocos Norte. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Lot 17165,
Cad 734-D; on the SE., SW., and NW., along lines 2-3-4-5-6-7 by
Irrigation Canal (3.0 meter wide); and on the NE., along line 7-1 by Lot
17164, Cad. 734-D; containing an area of One Thousand Five Hundred
Ninety Five (1,595) square meters, covered by Katibayan ng Orihinal

3. A parcel of land (Lot No. 17167, Cad-734-D), situated in the Brgy.

Banban, Bangui, Ilocos Norte. Bounded on the SW., along lines 1-2-3
by Lot 17166, Cad 734-D; on the NW., along lines 4-5-6-7 by Irrigation
Cana; (3.0 meter wide); on the NE. and SE., along lines 7-8-9-10-11 by
Lot 17168, Cad 734-D; and on the SE. and SW., along lines 11-12-13
by Lot 17162, Cad 734-D; and on the SW., along line 13-1 by Lot
17166, Cad 734-D; containing an area of Two Thousand and Fifty
