Terms and Conditions

a. I do understand that AWT HS has no obligation to allot me a plot, if I am not
successful in balloting for the present and future projects of AWT Real Estate.
b. I understand that Rs 5,000/- charged from me for 5 Marla residential plot, as
Registration Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE (including Rs 500/- for application form).
c. I affirm that if I am declared successful in balloting, I will abide the schedule of
down payment and quarterly instalments. And if I fail to deposit the down payment or
quarterly instalments in time, AWT has the right to cancel my plot.

d. In case of cancellation of my plot due to any reason, deposited amount will be
refunded after 10% deduction to me after a written application from my side.
e. In case of any dispute, MD AWT will be the sole arbitrator.

Conditions, and hereby agree to abide by the same unconditionally, for all times and put
my signature herein below in token to my acceptance of all terms and conditions
mentioned above and included in the payment schedule. I also hereby agree to
abide the byelaws of Army Welfare Trust Housing Scheme Lahore.
