Title: PROJECT KAUGOP (Knowing, Assessing, Understanding, Gaps that Obstruct Pupils and School
Performance)
OBJECTIVES

1. Improve pupils’ performance (Reading literacy, Numeracy, and NAT Performance)


2. Enrich Teacher Competency
3. Enhance stakeholders’ participation on school programs and projects
4. Enrich agricultural competency among pupils and parents
5. Create projects that are learner friendly

ACTUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT/S
A. Improve Pupils Performance
- Conducted PROJECT BASA (Batang Sta. Elena, Aktibo sa Pagbasa), a 10 day summer reading
remediation program for struggling readers of Sta. Elena ES which was held last April 12-25, 2018
- Conducted numeracy assessment of pupils of Sta. Elena ES last June 2018
- Conducted Reading Remediation program every Friday
(03:00-04:00pm), intended for identified struggling readers of Sta. Elena ES
- Identified struggling readers of Sta. Elena ES
 

B. Enrich Teachers Competency


- Conducted Team building activity for all teachers of Sta. Elena ES last April 26, 2018
- Conducted Seminar-Workshop on Strategic Intervention Materials
Development last October 24-26, 2018
- Attended PPST cum RPMS division roll –out for teachers at Milka Hotel, Tacloban City

C. Enhance stakeholders’ participation on school programs and projects


- Implemented Project KAUPOD (Kag-anak Andam Umugop han Pag-uswag han Eskwelahan og
Komunidad), an innovation of the school to enhance participation of parents and stakeholders to school programs
and projects

D. Enrich Agricultural Competency among pupils and parents


- Implemented Gulayan sa Paaralan program with maximum participation of parents and
pupils.
- As a result, the school was recognized and judged as the Division
Best Implementing School for Gulayan sa Paaralan Implementation

 E. Create projects that are learner friendly


- Implemented School Mural Project within the frontage perimeter of the school, school stage, and
the Principal’s office
- Repainting of Ten classroom during the Brigada Eskwela 2018.
