Can you give an example of a time you have dealt with a conflict between employees and what did you
do in this situation?
Bolehkah anda memberikan contoh keadaan ketika anda menghadapi konflik antara pekerja dan apa
yang anda lakukan dalam situasi ini?

Leader will call them and make a team building or create teamwork because is very vital for
organization. Trust between individual or in working environment are important. Transparency would
allow them to communicate effectively, to provide constructive feedback, solve problems and their
interpersonal relationships. This helps build stronger teams and also increases their work efficiency
collectively and in the workplace, it is very important because the work environment has a variety of
people. This provides generous space for conflict and misunderstandings to develop. This directly affects
the work environment and productivity in the long run. Therefore, having trust and respectfulness in the
workplace is very important. It allows people to throw their views and ideas because it helps to build
trust among colleagues and management. Like, the invisible thread enables the community or others to
maintain healthy relationships.

If one of your employees thinks their pay is unfair, what should you do?
Sekiranya salah seorang pekerja anda menganggap gaji mereka tidak adil, apa yang harus anda
lakukan?

People in recruitment department will explain briefly before the employee start working at the
company. So, if there’s any questions or he or she did not satisfy with the amount that he or she will be
paid, it’s up to them to accept the job or reject it. Usually before they start their work, HR Department
will re-explain for the second time what has been discussed before. Transparency in the company solves
unnecessary confusion in the organization.
