Raw materials and operating costs continue to steadily increase this 2017. These increases cannot be
ignored due to the effect on our current manufacturing costs, we cannot find any other way to keep our
old prices down. The added manufacturing costs cannot be compensated through our tried production
efficiencies nor cost savings.

We are implementing a price increase on our products.

But due to the long and fruitful history of both our companies, we have decided to only implement an
increase based on general raw metal price increase on our aluminum sterilizer product.

It is our intent to provide you with the best service, quality and competitive pricing as we continue to be
partners in creating affordable yet quality made products for consumers nationwide.

The price increase will be effective on your next issuance of purchase orders of aluminum sterilizers as
we still have some purchase orders of aluminum sterilizers from you which will be served at the old
price of P230.00/pc. (approx. 1000pcs.)

Old price is: P230/pc. Will be continued until old P.O. which has already been received by us is fulfilled.

New price will be: P255/pc. Upon issuance of new P.O.
