ACTIVITY
Description This activity has come up to update parents on the acquired HPTA projects,
academic performance of their children, needed requirements and other concerns.

Objectives By the end of the activity, the participants shall have:

1. update them on the acquired HPTA projects;
2. inform them about the academic performance of their child/children;
3. remind them to comply with the needed requirements;
4. develop the values of perseverance and cooperation.

HIGHLIGHTS 1. List of Acquired Classroom Projects and Amount

Accomplished HPTA Projects are the ff.
 Repair of Electric fans and table
 Purchased door locks, duplicate keys and cleaning materials
According to Mrs. Villegas, HPTA Treasurer the remaining money is P 2,104.
Repainting of walls will be the next project.

2. Distribution of Cards/Certificate of Recognition (if any)

The distribution of report cards and awarding of certificates for Top Students
and Best in Attendance was held. The parents were glad to see their child being
one of the top students. It is one way of motivating them in doing their best.

3. Other concerns
Other concerns about grades were discussed upon the subject involved.

4. Time started: _12:15 pm; and time ended: _1:00 pm

5. Total Attendance: __35 _; Total Enrolment: _46_

Rate of Attendance: _76_%
