    MEMORANDUM

    To : UCLM Academic and Administrative Heads


    From : Human Resource Department
    Subject : Precautionary measures for the preparation of the opening of classes
    Date : June 23, 2020

    In line with the initial press release, the City of Mandaue may be classified under
    Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) starting July 1, 2020. Please be advised to
    prepare for the opening of classes. Those employees who will be physically reporting to work
    to be reminded to take the necessary safety precautions as follows:
     wearing of face masks/face shields
     observing social distancing
     using of sanitizers or alcohol with 70% solution/washing of hands with soap and water
     cleaning of frequently touched surfaces and objects
     and all other precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus.

    Remind all faculty/staff to go through the triage area to fill-out the checklist upon entering the
    campus.

    For strict compliance and full cooperation.
