Notes: Pursuant to Article 20, the amendment shall enter into force for each State Party that deposits its instrument of ratification,
acceptance or approval of the amendment on the thirtieth day after the date on which two thirds of the States Party have deposited
their instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval with the depositary.
