The applicant is aggrieved  by the order of

cancellation of his NFSG  placement  vide  order at
Annexure-A/4 after three days of approving  his
placement in that scale vide order at Annexure-A/2.
Respondents' counsel  also submitted that  the 
applicant himself  when he was in charge of G.M.
for three days in the absence of GM  has approved
his pay fixation.  It is  also submitted that   it was an
internal  communication which has not been
communicated to the applicant, a plea which is not
acceptable. Once a decision has been taken, the
respondents should have disclosed the reason  for
cancelling such order if the decision is wrong. But
except for administrative reason no other reason
has been mentioned  in the impugned order at
Annexure-A/4.  

Respondents to file short reply indicating the

reason for which it has been cancelled and
whether  such reason  is as per  the DOP& T O.M.
dated 02.02.2017 (Annexure-A/6). 

List  it on 09.12.2019 for orders.  It is made clear

that no further adjournment will be granted.    M.A.
No.872/19 is disposed off accordingly.
