AFFIDAVIT OF ADVERSE CLAIM

I, MAXIMO FERNANDEZ BABAO, 81 years old, married, Filipino,

and resident Libjo, Batangas City, after having been duly sworn to in
accordance with law hereby depose and state:

That I am one of the legal and compulsory heirs of one TEODORO

BABAO as one of his GRANDCHILDREN;

That my grandfather TEODORO had seven children one of whom is

FRANCISCO BABAO, my father;

That my father, together with his six other siblings are all now
deceased;

That when my grandfather TEODORO died he left several

properties including a parcel of land still registered under his name and
declared under TAX DECLARATION NO. 055-04713 of the Batangas City
Assessor’s Office;

That said property is located at Libjo, Batangas City with a total

area of 8,311 square meters;

That pending partition of the said property among us, his

compulsory heirs, I hereby make this adverse claim on the said property
and requests your good office not to cause or allow any transfer of the
said property to any other person or entity by virtue of whatever mode,
without my consent or knowledge.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I have hereunto set my hands this 17 th of

July 2008, at Batangas City, Philippines.
