- allows data to be shared across application, enterprise, and community boundaries.

1. Compatibility – HTML doesn’t support Web 3.0
2. Security – saves preferences

4. Vagueness – words are user dependent

1. Convergence – synergy of technology advancement to work on a similar goal/task.
