Sakeeb Khandkar

1) What is a revolution?

Answer - As a historical process, revolution refers to a movement, often violent, to

overthrow an old regime and effect. A revolution is a fundamental and relatively
sudden change in political power and political organization which occurs when
the population revolts against the government, typically due to perceived
oppression social, economic or political.

2) Which revolution do you think was the most important until now, and
why?

Answer - The Industrial Revolution refers to the transition, beginning in Britain

and spreading around the world in the 19th century, to new factory-based
manufacturing processes. This transition affected almost every industry, from
textiles and ironworking to transportation and agriculture. Industrial
Revolution transformed economies that had been based on agriculture and
handicrafts into economies based on large-scale industry, mechanized
manufacturing, and the factory system. New machines, new power sources, and
new ways of organizing work made existing industries more productive and
efficient. The importance of this revolution history is important because it created
a new impact in our today’s world by bringing up new machines which is helping
us to bring everyday change today.
