My Ideal Manager

1. A great manager needs to have a good leader for a reason that leadership is an important function
of management which helps to maximize efficiency and to achieve organizational goals. Leadership is
about vision and innovation, whereas management is about maintenance of excellent standards.
A leader innovates and a manager administrates on the innovation. A leader focuses on
individuals and inspires them, a manager focuses on systems and structure. A leader always has
their eye on the horizon, whereas a manager should be watching the bottom line.
2. Bill Gates is an interesting study when looking at leadership styles. He is the opposite of what
one would expect from a leader. He dropped out of school, pursued a dream, and took risks
based on his personal knowledge and creativity instead of what others had taught him.
Those risks paid off for Gates. He often trades spots with Jeff Bezos as the richest person in the
world.
His leadership style is one that would be included in the descriptions of a transformational
leader. That is because he followed a strong vision, had passion for the work he was doing, and
that emotion helped to energize the people who would start following him.
3. Bill Gates targeting groundbreaking authority since that style easily fell into place for him. He
could accommodates different types of administration when the requirement emerged, however
generally, his time at Microsoft was overwhelmed by this initiative style.
The characteristics of a groundbreaking head incorporate the accompanying purposes of
prominence.
- There is a longing to empower individual imagination in oneself and also the remainder of the
group.
- Support and consolation are given at the individual level as critical concentrating this asset on
group based points of view.
- Motivation is individualized and persuasive, with clear correspondence originating from the
pioneer to advance a selected way toward a final product.
