1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Chairperson welcomed all representatives from Client and

Consultants.

2.0 CONTRACTUAL MATTERS

2.1 TK is currently finalizing LOA and to be issued to BCE by next week. TK 2nd Oct 2019
2.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for main consultants has been TK ASAP
signed off and returned to TK and TK currently preparing NDA for
sub consultant.
2.3 TK informed that Power of Attorney Letter (PA) is currently in TK
process and target to be ready by next week. ESP advised to get
CTC by lawyer.
2.4 TK advised BCE to submit 1st claim due to completion of survey work. TK

3.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE

3.1 LAND SURVEYOR

3.11 UD completed land surveys for lot 3749, 4931 5031 and 4929 info
and has emailed to all.

3.12 UD to carry out topographic survey for the remaining lot: UD

b) Lot no 3921, 4559 ,5482, 5483, 5736, 26280 & 26279 3rd Oct 2019
c) Final 19th Oct 2019

3.13 SAHA requested key plan and location of development area UD

from UD and to email to all parties.

3.2 TOWN PLANNER

3.21 ESP updated that LCP for planning approval is almost done Info
but still waiting for confirmation of final layout.

3.22 ESP updated that project title will be advised upon confirmation ESP
of final layout. Meanwhile, ESP to email temporary title to be
used in tender document and pre-consultation with all
correspondent.

3.23 ESP advised that submission for planning approval will involve Info
the whole plot area as to highlight that the layout design has
considered buffer zone for the development.

3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

3.31 UCSB informed has passed PAT form to DOE. Info

3.32 UCSB informed that DOE request for written permission or Info
consent letter from Jabatan Perancang, KDN and PBT/YDP for
this project.

3.33 UCSB highlighted field work only can be proceed after getting Info
approval of TOR and Method of Statement that submitted to
DOE.
3.4
ARCHITECT, C&S & M&E CONSULTANT

3.41 SAHA informed draft drawing of buildings will pass to TK for SAHA
review. Only two building left to complete.

3.42 SAHA informed has sent existing plant layout to BCE early BCE
today for BCE to proceed on structural analysis.

3.43 SAHA requested final proposed layout plan from BCE to BCE
proceed site plan.

3.44 BCE informed structure drawing will proceed upon final drawing BCE
from SAHA.
3.45 HSK confirmed single chamber is sufficient to supply existing Info
building. Any additional loading and upgrading of existing
substation will subject to pre-consultation with TNB.

3.46 HSK has received the electrical bill from TK and TK will check TK
each bill indicating which building.

3.47 TK informed specification of equipment for each building TK

(dimension, weight and power consumption) will provide later.

4.0 OTHER MATTERS

4.1 HRM reminded all drawings to be finalised before 15 Nov 2019 to Info
meet time frame.

4.2 BCE to set up appointment with YDP Bentong by next week. BCE

5.0 ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING

5.1 The next meeting is tentatively on Thursday 3rd Oct 2019 at 3.00
p.m. Meeting adjourned at 4.30 p.m.
